Tree at the Wall
Do you feel a little unsteady balancing in the middle of a room?
Practicing at a wall gives you a more secure feeling, that wall is behind you if you need it.
About halfway through this practice we will be playing around with a soft surface.
If you want this challenge, you will need a small pillow or folded blanket. Or just continue without the soft surface.
