The How-to Lessons are intended to teach you the basic of how to find a particular pose. Please do them in the order suggested.

The final How-To lesson is optional.
It involves floor poses. If you have trouble getting up and down from the floor you can skip that one.

After you complete all of the How-To Lessons module, the next module is the Mini Practices.
The Mini Practices are short lessons, all less than eight minutes. More details will be in that module.
