This is a self-paced course.
You can do it when you want as often as your want.
The How-To Lessons in Module 1 are progressive, so it is best to do them in order.
The Mini Practices in Module 2 are different time lengths. They are from two to eight minutes each.
Try them all out. You may like one better than the other. Find what works for you. Try to do at least one Mini Practice a day.
In just 10 days you will feel more confident and strong in your balance!

Have fun doing this Course!
If you’re having fun you will do the lessons more often.
And the more often you practice the quicker your balance will improve!

EQUIPMENT:

Most of this Course is done from a chair and standing. You just need a little space to move around in.
Set up your screen to watch.

The only prop you really need is a chair. Have it nearby to steady yourself when you feel wobbly.

I use a folding chair, but most any chair will do. A chair with a back that is approximately waist height or above, so you can set your hands on to steady yourself.

A yoga mat is optional. Just make sure your floor is not slippery.

You can be barefoot or wear shoes. You choose what works best for you.

A yoga block and a small firm pillow are optional.
These items will be used in How-To Lesson Number 4, Moving Balances.

If you do not have a yoga block, find something around your house similar.
Approximately 3 inches high, wide enough to step on. Strong enough to take your weight.
Make sure it is not slippery. A small step stool or a stack of books will work.

A firm pillow from your couch will work, or perhaps a small folder blanket or towel.

That is it!
