Mini Practices are short balancing practices you can do every day. Or more than once a day! The more you do the more your balance will improve!
Do these mini practices in any order you choose.
They each have different time lengths.
Find what works into your schedule.
Try each one out.
You may find you like one better than another.
It is okay to keep repeating the same one.
It will give you confidence.
Remember, it is also good to challenge yourself so you can continue to improve.
Soon you will be able to do this mini practices on your own throughout your day when you just have a few minutes to focus on your wellbeing.
