TIME - “I don’t have time to go to a class”
That is the number one reason clients tell me they choose to have quality in-home yoga sessions.
We set the time to meet your schedule. Very early mornings are available.
INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION - This is another reason clients prefer private, so we can focus on what your specific needs are. It is much like working with a personal trainer, the focus is on yoga.
PRIVACY - It is just you and me. No one else watching.
YOUR HEALTH - One thing we have learned in the past few years is to be more selective about where we go and who we are around.
More people are choosing in-home lessons.
Your home is your sanctuary.

HELLO
Teaching one-on-one private yoga lessons is my favorite way to teach. It is what I do best!
I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and private lessons since 2018.
Now most of my time is with private clients.
My teaching is firmly rooted in the belief that there is a yoga for every body.
I’ve taught students of all ages and abilities, with various injuries and/or health challenges.
Every single one is unique. You are, too!
As an experienced yoga teacher, I listen to your goals and your needs. I then create a practice that is fun and supportive just for you!
I make yoga work for you, your life, and your goals.
Is private yoga right for you?
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — busy professionals, parents, executives, retirees, caregivers, CEOs, lawyers, professional athletes, professional chair-sitters, tech workers, gamers, laborers, couples, families, and more. Ages 5 to 96!
I have taught in luxury homes and homeless shelters.
So, please, know there is a yoga style for you!
Each client is unique!
Their goals are different.
You might see yourself here:
Recovering from surgery or health challenges
Creating and maintaining a fitness routine.
Managing stress, anxiety, or chronic conditions
Building and maintaining strength, balance, and confidence
Navigating life with Parkinson’s, arthritis, or MS
Finding ease after cancer treatment or during recovery
Prefer chair-based yoga, no floor work
Feeling stressed — struggling to shift from work mode to relaxation
Simply wanting to feel better in their own body while learning something new.
Wherever you are, yoga meets you there.
Together, we’ll create a practice that supports you — body, mind, and spirit.
What do you seek from a yoga practice?
Improve posture
Relieve back pain
Improve your spine health
Wellness routine- create, establish and maintain a time to take care of yourself.
Release the stress and tension from your body and your mind
Return to your strong self after injury or other health challenges
Renew your strength and flexibility after a long time of neglect
Not sure what, yoga was recommended to you.
(very common!)
Amazingly, yoga can offer all of that and more.
The unique thing about yoga is it is beneficial for the body, the mind and the spirit.
You move your body in such ways that it releases the tension and stress and makes space for what you really need.
The practice of yoga has survived the test of time because it works!
Sessions are designed to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:
Gentle (moving slow, yet finding strength and flexibility)
Adaptive/Chair (adapted for health challenges; injury, disability, beginners. Very popular!)
Vinyasa (active and warming)
Restorative / Yin (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)
Meditation (guided meditation, learn the techniques of mindfulness meditation)
A combination of the above.
(This is the most common)

Then we connect via email or a brief phone consultation to make sure we are a good fit.
We will schedule a complimentary intro session. We can meet in person or online.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes. It is best to set a schedule at designated times.Private yoga is similar to working with a personal trainer, only we focus on your goals and needs.
I suggest at least 10-session commitment.
Private yoga works best when you make a commitment to it.
You will see best results with a consistent practice.
It is an investment in your health.
