Yoga for Better Balance

This is a 45 minute slow flow yoga class that includes a focus on strengthening areas that will improve your balance.
Move your body and release the tightness - find your strength and stability - let your mind be still.

This class is accessible to all levels. Modifications are always offered. Beginners welcome.

This is a five-week series of online classes
Register just one time for $99

(Zoom links will be emailed the day before and day of class)

If you can't attend the live event, register anyways!
Everyone who signs up will be emailed replay link of classes to practice at your convenience.

How to join our live-streaming virtual yoga group classes:

  • Classes are held via Zoom.

  • Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page
    (right here, click the Register box.)

  • If the class time does not work for you, sign up anyways. Everyone who registers will have access to the class replays. Watch at your convenience.

  • You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins. (If it your first time using Zoom you may be prompted to download. It is free and easy.)

  • You’ll also get an email reminder on day before class and another email with link 15 minutes prior to the start time.

  • Roll out your mat. Set up your screen and click the link.

  • You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room.”

  • Your choice to have your video camera on or off.
    (But I always like to see your happy face!)

  • All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

  • If you like, stay after and chat!
