Welcome to the Mini-Series: Happy Healthy Hips!

Your hips deserve some love and attention—they’re key to how your body moves and feels. Whether you’re dealing with tight, achy hips or looking to stay ahead of stiffness, this series is for you.

Sitting for long periods—at a desk, on the couch, or during a long trip—can make your hips feel tight and cranky. And when tight hips don’t get the care they need, they can pass the strain onto your spine, leading to back pain, and sometimes even neck pain. It’s all connected!

That’s why it’s important to focus on two things: mobility and strength. Strong hips, core, and posture go hand in hand. A strong core (your abdominals, glutes, and back) helps protect your joints, while good posture and proper lifting techniques can help you move through life with ease.

Let’s dive into these simple, effective yoga movements to support healthy, happy hips—and a healthier, happier you!
