Hi, I’m Chris.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013, I have taught thousands of students through one-on-one sessions and group classes, in all sorts of settings, both in person and online.

The biggest concern I hear about is balance, they notice their balance is a little off.

Whether it’s planning fun activities and trips, keeping up with the grandkids, or simply moving confidently in their everyday life, balance matters!

With over 300 hours of training and 3,500 hours of teaching, my greatest joy is helping people rediscover their strength, move with ease, and feel confident again.

I’m on a mission — I want to help ten thousand women step away from the couch, and move more so they can improve their balance and enjoy life fully.

I’d love for you to be one of them!

  • Scrolling YouTube won’t steady your steps.

  • Watching a  30-year-old’s Facebook tutorial  -- not exactly relatable

  • And let’s be honest—reminiscing about the “good old days” won’t keep you from tripping over the dog.

Here’s the Thing …

A dedicated course focused on a consistent balance practice is the most effective way to find your strength and stability resulting in improved balance.
It is the best way to make progress.

This is a course that will teach you how to properly lose your balance. How to stumble and NOT fall. Because, really, holding a tree pose for two minutes really isn’t useful in everyday life.

What is useful is learning how to react when you lose your balance -- when that curb jumps up, or the cat gets under your feet or you step on a lego.

It is called muscle memory. The more you practice the more your mind and muscles remember.

Then when things happen - and they will - your body will respond appropriately.

Practice! Consistent Practice. Everyone is at a different level.
Start where you’re at and keep repeating.

A dedicated course focused on a consistent balance practice is the most effective way to find your strength and stability resulting in improved balance and stability..

I created a series of exercises, poses and postures that will strengthen your body, so that you feel confident again as you do those things you love.
