Happy Hips 3

12 minutes Reclined hip stretches

This session is done lying down.
Choose a comfortable surface like the floor or your bed. 

Expect slow, easy, restorative stretches designed to release tension in your body.
You’re encouraged to relax fully at the end of the session to release any tension in the body.

Consider watching the video once to familiarize yourself with the movements.
When you’re ready, lay down and follow along by listening to my guidance rather than focusing on the screen.

Remember, the poses don’t need to be perfect—focus on how your body feels. Practicing you will get familiar.  Repeat this session a few times, and soon you’ll feel confident performing the movements on your own.  You will find your favorite poses.

Optional Props:
A small pillow for under your head.
Two small pillows or rolled towels for placing under your knees toward the end of the session.
