Hi,
My name is Chris. I have been teaching yoga since 2013.
The biggest concern I hear is about balance!
➡️ Their balance isn’t what it used to be.
I get it! I am over 60, too!

So I have created this free 15-minute class for you to challenge and improve your balance.

If you are someone who is concerned about their balance I want you to know three things:

  1. You are. stronger than you think.

  2. It is never too late to make changes.

  3. Balance is a skill, with a consistent practice you can improve it.
