Lesson 5 ~ One Leg Mountain Pose and Hand-to-Knee

Mountain Pose is the foundation pose of all standing poses in yoga.  It can be an active pose or a resting pose.

In this lesson you will practice one-legged mountain pose and hand to knee pose.
