This is a more practical lesson, using props similar to surfaces that you might encounter in your everyday life.
Props for this lesson:
A yoga block or step stool, or pile of books — something you can step on and that won’t slide around.
A small firm pillow or folded blanket or towel.
Or practice without any props. You choose!
