Hi,
I’m Chris. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013 and have worked with thousands of students — one-on-one, in groups, in-person, and online.

Over the years, I kept hearing the same concern: balance.
People noticed their balance was a little off, and with it came a growing fear of falling. 

That was my ah-ha moment — so many women were holding themselves back because they didn’t feel steady. 
It doesn’t have to be that way!

That’s why I created Yoga for Better Balance. It’s been shaped by real student feedback and plenty of practice to make sure it truly works for you.

Whether it’s planning fun activities and trips, keeping up with the grandkids, moving around the house, or just enjoying a walk without hesitation — this course helps you feel strong, steady, and confident again.

I have over 300 hours of training and more than 3,500 teaching hours behind me, but what matters most is this: my greatest joy is seeing women discover their strength, move with ease, and step into life with confidence and joy.
