This is a course that will teach you how to properly lose your balance. How to stumble and NOT fall. Because, really, holding a tree pose for two minutes really isn’t useful in everyday life.

What is useful is learning how to react when you lose your balance -- when that curb jumps up, or the cat gets under your feet or you step on a lego.

It is called muscle memory. The more you practice the more your mind and muscles remember.

Then when things happen - and they will - your body will respond appropriately.
