Yoga Foundations
Beginners – If you’ve never done yoga before, this is a great place to start.
Refreshers – If you’ve practiced yoga in the past and are curious about how we modify poses for the chair, this class is for you.
What to expect:
This 25-minute class is taught using a chair for support, with both seated and standing poses—no floor work required. We’ll focus on foundational yoga poses, making them accessible and beneficial for all.
I teach a breath-based style of yoga. If breathwork feels awkward at first, don’t worry—that’s normal! When I cue an inhale or exhale, it’s simply a reminder, not a rule. Over time, focused breathing becomes a powerful tool to calm your nervous system and enhance your practice.
