The more you practice, the more your balance improves.

Do them in any order and choose the length that fits your schedule.
It’s fine to repeat your favorites — that builds confidence.

    Tree Pose with Timer

    2 Minutes
    One minute each side
    One minute does not seem like a long time … until you try to hold your balance!

    The Eyes Have It

    4 Minutes
    This is a fun and interesting eye exercise, learn how your vision, the brain and the body all work together, in an instant.

    Walking Airplane

    2 Minutes

    This is a quick and fun two minutes of walking airplane.  
    If you want, put the chair in front of you to land your hands on.

    Tree at the Wall

    8 minutes

    Do you feel a little unsteady balancing in the middle of a room? Practicing Tree at a wall gives you a more secure feeling.

    Stepping with a Block

    7 Minutes
    If you do not have a yoga block, find something similar. 
    Maybe a stack of books or a small step stool.  Anything that can hold your weight and secure so you won’t slip or slide.

    Hand-to-Knee Pose

    8 MInutes

    Hand to Knee, and then to Airplane.
    This is a fun sequence! Fly!
    Have a chair nearby or a wall.
